Arship is committed to making our app and website accessible to people with disabilities, including those who use assistive technology such as screen readers, switch controls, voice control, and screen magnifiers.

Our Standard

We aim to conform our mobile app and our website to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA issued by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard most commonly recognized under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, and the European Accessibility Act for digital products.

For our iOS and Android applications, we additionally follow the platform-specific accessibility guidance from Apple (the iOS Human Interface Guidelines on Accessibility) and Google (the Android Accessibility guidelines).

What We've Done

• Designed our user interface with sufficient color contrast and supportive light/dark mode.
• Provided text labels and accessibility hints on interactive elements so screen readers can describe them.
• Supported large text and dynamic type so users who need larger text can scale the interface.
• Made interactive elements reachable via keyboard navigation on the website and via switch control on mobile.
• Avoided color as the only means of conveying information.

Known Limitations

We are continually working to improve accessibility. The following are known limitations we are actively addressing:

• Some complex audio-recording controls may be less fully accessible than other parts of the app. We are exploring ways to add clearer alternatives.
• Some translated content may lag the English version for accessibility refinements.
